は冷凍室扉)で前記冷凍室扉2と冷蔵室扉3は上
ヒンジ4と中ヒンジ5、下ヒンジ6により冷蔵庫
本体1に取付けられている。また前記扉2、扉3
は上ヒンジ4、中ヒンジ5、下ヒンジのピンを中
心に回動する。7は先端に凸部7aを有する弾性
体で作られた係止片をなすイタバネで前記中ヒン
ジ5を冷蔵庫本体1に固定するネジ9により中ヒ
ンジ5と同時に取付けている。8は前記冷凍室扉
2の下面に取付けられる係止部材で下方に凸部8
aを有する。冷凍室扉2を閉めた状態にて係止部
材8の凸部8aと冷蔵庫本体1側のイタバネ7の
凸部7aとが係止される。10は扉2、扉3の外
周前面に取付けられたマグネツトパツキンで冷蔵
庫本体1の外周前面に吸着される。通常冷蔵室扉
3をある程度の力で閉めると冷蔵室の圧力が高く
なり、その圧力は中仕切内部の冷気通路をへて冷
凍室に及び、冷凍室扉2を開けようとする。その
ため強制的に係止させるようにしたものである。
以下詳細を第2図により説明すると冷凍室扉2を
閉めた状態にてイタバネ7の凸部7aと係止部材
8の凸部8aとがギヤツプがなく係止しているた
め、冷凍室扉2を開けるためにはイタバネ7の凸
部7aをのりこえなければならない。従つて、の
りこえるための力が必要となり、すなわち扉開き
防止となる。以上のような構造に於いて扉取付け
(パツキン寸法B)が小さい方向にバラツいた場
合、冷凍室扉2下面の係止部材8の凸部8aと本
体側のイタバネ7の凸部7aとの間にギヤツプが
生じる。その結果、ギヤツプ間に停止した扉2は
開いたままとなつてしまう。そこで実際にはイタ
バネ7の先端凸部7aを上方に持ち上げ、前記ギ
ヤツプをなくし係止部材8と係止させるように調
整している。従つて調整するために人員をかけて
いることから製品の原価アツプとなる。

とがギヤツプなしで係止されるために冷凍室扉2
の保持力はマグネツトパツキン10の着磁力+イ

調整が不要となるため人員の削減となり、製品の
原価低減になるものである。
