    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. タングステンワイヤをコイル状に巻回し、さらにこのコ
    イルをアルミナによりコーティングして構成し、磁性体
    金属材料を蒸発させるために用いられるタング昂テンヒ
    ータに於いて、前記タングステンワイヤをコイル状に巻
    回し、巻き終えた後、さらに逆方向に同一回数巻回して
    無誘導形にしたことを特徴とするタングステンヒータ。
