The present invention, which achieves the above object, comprises a first step of leaving worms in apple juice to cleanse internal organs by expelling impurities in the worm's body, and drying the worms obtained in the first step. A second step of pulverizing the powder, leaving the powder in acidic water, adding an alkali, stirring and filtration to obtain a filtrate and a filtrate; and a fourth step of vacuum drying the filtrate obtained in the second step and the third step.

In the first step, the worms are left in apple juice. The acidity (pH) of apple juice is the most suitable for worms, so worms eat apple juice and expel impurities such as dirt and rotting plant matter from their bodies, cleansing their internal organs.

Next, in the second step of the present invention, the obtained in the first step,
The worm whose internal organs have been cleaned is dried and ground into a powder, and this powder is added to acidic water and left to stand, then the alkali is removed, stirred, and filtered to obtain a filtrate and a filtrate.
