も格段の合理化、コストダウンが迫られている状
態である。

各種の運搬・貯蔵設備が採用されている。その従
来方法の一例について説明するとと、第1図に示
すように、プレス1で打ち抜いた円板2を搬出コ
ンベヤ3により機械外に搬出し、横持コンベヤ2
1上に落下させ、横持ちコンベヤ21の両側に位
置する作業者が入力または簡易クレーン等を使つ
て、パレツト22上の荷崩れ防止あみかご23内
に多くの人手で積み(第2図参照)、そのパレツ
トをフオークリフト24で移動してパレツトラツ
ク25に積んで貯蔵し、搬出には再びフオークリ
フト24で次工程に送つている。また大量の場合

題は、次工程からのパレツト回収と、回収した空
パレツトが工場内のスペースを塞ぎ、生産能率の
妨げとなるに至ることである。

かる目的は次の事項を要旨とする構成にて確実に
実現できる。すなわち、本発明は、断面V形で、
収容した円板が自重で滑り落下し得るような角度
を有する傾斜をもつて固定された複数個の傾斜V
トラフの列状配設にかかる貯蔵トラフの棚と、こ
の貯蔵トラフの棚に隣接して配設した走行可能な
台車と該台車上に配設した円板収容用Vトラフの
送り込みシリンダーと傾動手段とを設けた傾動可
能な送り台と、該送り台上に前記送り込み用シリ
ンダーの移動継手を介して移動可能に支持した側
面揃え機能のために断面をV形にすると共に前後
端にストツパを設けて円板を直立状態で整列収容
し得るようにした支持用Vトラフと、前記台車上
に固定した傾動シリンダーおよびそのシリンダー
と前記送り台とをリンクで接続して該送り台を傾
動可能にしてなる傾動手段とを設けてなるもので
あつて、前記支持用Vトラフを取付けた送り台を
貯蔵トラフと同じ傾斜角になるように傾斜させて
から前後送り込みシリンダーを介して貯蔵トラフ
内に滑り込ませて円板を該貯蔵トラフ内に供給移
載するようにしたことを特徴とする貯蔵棚への円
板供給装置を課題解決手段として採用する。
