DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for applying a liquid lining material supplied into a pipe to the inner wall surface of the pipe using an object that moves within the pipe.

To implement the above method, conventionally, for example, JP-A-51
- As shown in Publication No. 86545, an amount of liquid lining material sufficient to coat the entire inner surface of the pipe is supplied at once, and a large amount of the lining material is pressed and moved in the longitudinal direction and circumferential direction of the pipe using a moving object. Ta. However, in this case, the resistance to the movement of the object becomes large, especially in the initial stage, and a powerful device is required to move the object, and the moving speed of the object changes rapidly and frequently, causing the liquid lining to adhere to the inner wall surface of the pipe. There were disadvantages such as uneven thickness of the material and inability to handle long pipes or high-viscosity lining materials.

An object of the present invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks all at once by making it possible to significantly reduce the movement resistance of objects.

The characteristic means of the present invention is to fill the pipe with a liquid lining material before moving an object inside the pipe, and to discharge the surplus of the filled liquid lining material from the pipe, so that the liquid lining material adheres to the inner wall surface of the pipe. The purpose is to make the thickness uniform by moving the object, and its effects are as follows.

In other words, the liquid sealing material can be thinly and reliably adhered to the entire inner wall surface of the pipe by filling the pipe and letting the excess flow out, and the thinly deposited liquid lining material can be uniformly thickened by an object. Therefore, the movement resistance of the object caused by the liquid lining material can be significantly reduced and kept almost constant compared to the above-mentioned conventional method.

As a result, it has become possible to move objects within the pipe easily and always at a nearly constant speed using simple equipment, and it has become possible to reliably and easily apply a lining of uniform thickness. Also, even if
It has become possible to easily and reliably apply good linings to long pipes or with high viscosity liquid lining materials.

First, the liquid lining material 11 from the supply device 2
The excess lining material is then taken out from the discharge passage 9 and collected in the container 12. after that,
The object 4 is moved within the tube 1 by gas pressure from the supply device 6, and the excess lining material 11 is discharged while leaving the lining material 11a adhered in an appropriate amount uniformly over the entire inner surface of the tube 1. It is taken out from channel 9 and collected in container 12.
