Abstract

PURPOSE:To fit various parts to an interior material simultaneously with the press-molding of the interior material by boring a set hole, and applying adhesive on opposing faces of various parts to the interior material. CONSTITUTION:A set hole 3 for various parts 4 to be fitted to an interior material is bored at the predetermined position on the press face of one of a pair of molds 1, 2 removable from each other, e.g., lower mold 2. Various parts 4 are set to the set hole 3, and adhesive 5 is applied on the opposing faces of various parts to the interior material. Then, a substrate 6 is set between a pair of molds 1, 2, both molds are brought near together and thermopressed to mold the substrate 6 into the interior material having a predetermined solid shape, and various parts 4 are stuck on one face of the interior material via adhesive 5. Accordingly, various parts can be fitted to the interior material simultaneously with the molding of the interior material, thus the production process can be simplified.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Field of Application] The present invention provides an interior material for an automobile that allows various parts to be attached to the interior material at the same time when the interior material is manufactured by press molding a substrate. This relates to a method for attaching parts.

[Prior Art and Problems] Automotive interior materials have spacers on the back side to maintain the distance between the interior material and the body panel, clips to attach the interior material to the body panel, or reinforcements for the interior material itself. Reinforcing metal fittings etc. are installed. By the way, the following means have been conventionally used to attach these various parts to interior materials. The example shown in Fig. 10 is the so-called burring method, in which the interior material a is preformed into a predetermined three-dimensional shape and has a sharp sticking part as shown in Fig. 11. The metal part C is pierced through its sticking part and the tip is caulked to make a few words.

Furthermore, the example shown in FIG. 12 is one in which a metal part d or a resin part e is adhered to an interior material a as a molded product using an adhesive. Furthermore, although not shown, parts are also fastened to the interior material as a molded product with screws. However, with either method, the process of manufacturing the interior material as a molded product and the process of attaching parts to it are separate processes, and it takes time to position the parts to be attached to the interior material.

[Object and Structure of the Invention] The object of the present invention is to simplify the manufacturing process and at the same time to prevent misalignment of the mounting position of parts to the interior material.
In order to achieve this object, the present invention hot-press-forms a substrate into a predetermined three-dimensional automobile interior material using a pair of molds that can be moved apart from each other, and in which the Drill a set hole for the part to be attached to the interior material, set the part in advance in the hole, apply adhesive to the surface of the part facing the interior material, and then After that, the pair of molds are brought closest to each other to press-mold the substrate, and at the same time, the parts are attached to the substrate.

As shown in the figure, a component 4 is set in the set I hole 3, an adhesive 5 is applied to the surface of the component 4 facing the interior material, and then the board 6 is Mold 1 and lower mold 2
The molds 1 and 2 are placed between the molds 1 and 2, and the distance between the molds 1 and 2 is brought close to each other, and the molds 1 and 2 are heated and pressed to form an interior material in a predetermined three-dimensional shape, and at the same time, the part 4 is attached to one side of the interior material. be.

The mounting portion of a resin spacer component 4a for maintaining a constant distance between the two is shown, and in the figure, 7 is a skin material, and 8 is a body panel. Furthermore, Fig. 3 shows the mounting part of the reinforcing metal fittings 4b for reinforcing the door/armrest part, and Fig. 4 shows the overhang to which the cushioning material 10, such as rubber, is mounted as a waterproof measure for the contact part with the glass window 9. The mounting portions of the reinforcing metal fittings 4c are shown respectively. Furthermore, Figure 5 shows the attachment part of the clip part 4d for attaching the interior material A to the body panel 8 without using screws or the like. The shape of the hole 3 does not necessarily have to match the external shape of the attachment part. In a similar example, FIG. 6 shows the attachment part of the clip attachment seat 4e. The clip attachment seat 4e has the form shown in FIG. Fig. 8 shows an example in which an I7-shaped metal fitting 4f and a T-shaped metal fitting 4g are attached for reinforcing the ceiling interior material A'.

In the case of such a long metal fitting part, a long groove-shaped set hole that matches the set hole is formed in the lower mold 2.
As these long metal fittings are difficult to fit into the set hole, as shown in Figure 9, magnet 1 is inserted into the set hole 3.
1 is attached, and the long metal fittings are attracted and set by the magnets 1 to 11.

[Effects of the Invention] Since various parts are attached to the interior material at the same time as the interior material is molded, the manufacturing process can be simplified. In addition, the quality is stable because various parts can be reliably attached to predetermined positions on the interior material due to the characteristics of the mold press. Therefore, it is extremely significant that it can be applied to interior materials for automobiles that require cost reduction and dimensional accuracy.
