できる機会は皆無に近く、サービスに著しい不公
平が生じる。

過し、手順42で専用かご呼び登録階に到着す
る。手順35で乗場呼びが発生しなかつたことを
判断したとき、及び手順40でかご呼びが発生し
なかつたことを判断したときも同様である。これ
で、手順43で車いすが降車すれば、すべての動
