前記号機情報制御手段の情報と既登録の呼びに対する各車椅子兼用号機の割当て状況とに基づいて、全ての車椅子兼用号機の中から車椅子専用乗場呼びを登録した車椅子の利用客が乗車可能な最適の号機に対して車椅子専用乗場呼びの割当てを行う割当て制御手段と、
前記号機情報制御手段からの情報と前記割当て制御手段からの情報とに基づいて、車椅子専用乗場呼びの割当てを行った号機が、車椅子が乗車可能な状態で到着すると判断されるまで、割当て号機の乗場予報灯の点灯を遅らせる予報灯制御手段と、
