DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides a heat-insulating method that covers parts of a cooling body other than the side of the object to be cooled, and press-bonds a sheet provided on the side of the object to be cooled to the object to be cooled. This is a detachable sheet type cooling device that cools the object and does not cool it by separating it, thereby saving cooling energy and preventing dew condensation on the surface of the object to be cooled.

In a part of the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, a cooling body 2 such as an evaporator is housed in an open case 1 made of a hard plastic plate.
The outside of the case is covered with a heat insulating wall 3 made of foamed polyethylene or the like, and the opening line of the opening case 1 protrudes beyond the cooling body 2 inside, and sheets 5 and 6 are attached to both sides of the frame material 4 that match the opening edge. This is a cooling pillow in which the cooling body 2 is thermally isolated by a heat insulating wall 3 and double sheets 5 and 6, which are attached to the edge of the opening. The sheets 5 and 6 have elasticity, and the head is placed on the surface of the sheet 6 as a pillow. The hard case 1 functions to prevent both inward bending by the elastic sheets 5 and 6 and outward bending by the head.

As for the cooling body 2, as shown in FIG. 2, a compressor 7 compresses a refrigerant such as freon and sends it to a radiator 8, and from there, it passes through a capillary tube 9 to an evaporator, that is, the aforementioned cooling body 2, where the refrigerant is vaporized. The refrigerant is then cooled and returned to the compressor 7 for circulation.

The conditions for sheets 5 and 6 are (a) elasticity, and (b) approximately -20
It is preferable to use a material that is cold resistant up to ℃ (3) and has thermal conductivity when pressed. For example, a silicone rubber sheet mixed with aluminum powder is suitable. however,
The polyester film may be a metal plate. The sheets 5 and 6 are fixed to both sides of a frame material 4 bent in an L shape, and the frame 4 is fixed to the case 1 and the wall 3.

When you press your head against the surface of the sheet 6 and use it as a pillow, the sheets 5 and 6 expand under the pressure of your head while being supported by the case 1 and come into close contact with the cooling body 2, and the cooling body 2 absorbs heat through these sheets. Cool your head by conduction. In addition, if the sheets 5 and 6 are not elastic,
Using a frame material of cushion material such as urethane foam, the sheet is moved in parallel and brought into contact with the cooler.

When you take your head off the seat 6, the seats 5 and 6 return to their original shapes and are insulated by the fixed air layer sandwiched between them, and the cooling body 2 is not heated by the outside air, so there is no excessive load on the compressor 7. Since the outer surface of the sheet 6 can be set at a temperature higher than the dew point of the outside air, there is no possibility that water will adhere to the surface of the sheet due to dew condensation. 10 is a discharge pipe for discharging water condensed on the surface of the sheet 5, and 11 is a pipe for discharging condensed water adhering to the cooling body 2. FIG. 3 is a side view of FIG. 1, showing the assembly. 12 is a drain pipe that collects water from the pipes 10 and 11.

FIG. 6 shows an embodiment of the present invention, in which a thermoelement 16 that performs cooling and heating by the Peltier effect is installed in a heat insulating case 17, elastic sheets 5 and 6 are pasted on the cold part 18, and a When the head comes into contact with the sheet 6 as shown by the arrow 19, the pressure causes the sheets 5' and 6' to stretch and come into contact with the cold part 18, and the head is held between the sheets 5' and 6' by the cold part 18. It gets chilled.

FIG. 7 shows the cooling body 2 and the sheet 5 in the present invention.
It shows the temperature distribution at each distance from 6.
The vertical axis shows the temperature T°C, the horizontal axis shows the distance L from the surface of the cooling body 2, and 5 and 6 show the position of the sheet. According to the inventor's experiments, dew condensation was observed when only 5 was provided at L = 20 mm, so when a second sheet 6 was further provided on top of it at a distance of L = 20 mm from 5, dew condensation occurred on the outer surface of 6. I didn't see it. In other words, if only one sheet 5 is used, water droplets will form on the outer surface of the sheet, making it difficult to process unless the sheet is kept fairly far from the cooling body. The present invention was invented as a result of various experiments to solve this problem.
As shown in FIG. 8, a fixed air layer 22 is provided between the first sheet 20 and the second sheet 21 to provide heat insulation, so that even if dew condensation occurs on the sheet 20, it does not condense on the sheet 21. When the heavy sheet is pressed, the two layers of air disappear, as shown in FIG. 9, and the surface of the sheet 21 is cooled.

In the present invention, the head is cooled through a sheet stretched in front of the cooling surface of the cooling body, so it is efficiently cooled by conduction, and when not in use, the cooling surface is insulated by the air layer fixed by the sheet. This is an extremely significant invention as it saves energy for cooling and prevents dew droplets from forming on the top sheet.

In addition, the cooling body may be an ice block or a cold storage agent in addition to the one cooled by electric power as in the above example, the sheet may be double or more, and the sheet may be a metal plate supported on a frame material by a spring. They may be attached and separated, and various modifications such as providing a heat reflective layer on these sheets are all included in the present invention.
