    るプリントコイル１において、該プリントコイル１と同
    一基板２上で、かつ該コイル１の中心点Ｏからの距離Ｒ
    （Ｒ＞ｒ）の領域にＦＣコイル１０が設けられたアクチ
    ュエータ用プリントコイル。
