【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は平面コイルを示す平面図、第２図は位置決め用
パイロットホールを有する従来の平面コイルの平面図、
第３図は中心軸と端子の両側に位置決め用ピンを用いて
組み立てる従来の平面コイルとそのピンを示す平面図、
第４図は相対的に端子部が大きい場合従来のピンを用い
て角度をずらして積層する事が不可能であることを示す
平面図、第５図はこの考案の切り込みを端子部に有する
平面コイルの一例を示す平面図、第６図ＡはＶ型切り込
みとその内部に接する円形のピンを示し、Ｂは丸型切り
込み及びピンがずれた場合の位置合せの誤差を示す平面
図、第７図はｖ型切り込みとその内部に接する円形のビ
ンとの関係を示す平面図である。 １１：シート状絶縁層、１２：微小コイル、１３：中心
孔、１５：端子部、１６，１７：端子、２５：端子部に
加えられた切り込み、２６：位置決め用ピン。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. シート状絶縁層をはさんでその両側に金属導体からなる
    微小コイルが形成された平面コイルにおいて、上記絶縁
    層と一体に端子部が延長され、その端子部上に上記微小
    コイルと接続された端子が形成され、その端子部に位置
    合せ用の切り込みが形成されてなる平面コイル。
