３図は、従来の平面フコイルパターンの製造における金
属パターン形成後の状態を示す斜視図、第４図は従来の
平面コイルパターンの斜視図、第５図は、本考急の平面
コイルパターンの１態様の平面図、第６図は、本考案の
平面コイルパターンの他の態様の平面図である。 図中；１０ｃ″を従来の平面コイルパターン、１１に絶
縁シート、１２は金属導体シート、１２′は金属導体シ
ート１２からなるパターン、１３はフォトレジスト、１
３’はフォトレジスト１３からなるパターン、１４は金
属導体１２とメッキ金属からなるフィル、１５は導通線
、１６はダミー導体部、２０は本考案の平面コイルパタ
ーンを示す。

  1. 平面状の薄型コイルパターンにおいて、コイルの最外周
    及び最内周の線１４ａ、１４ｂの周囲にコイルと導通１
    ５を有するダミー導体部１６を導体占有率比が０．０３
    以上になるごとく設けた平面コイルパターン。
