    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 超音波探触子を産業用ロボットの手首フランジ部等に保
    持させて被検体表面を走査するための超音波探触子の保
    持装置において、産業用ロボットの手首フランジ部等に
    取り付けられて軸方向の振動を吸収する弾性部材と、下
    面より所定の微小間隔だけ窪んだ状態で送受波面が露出
    するように超音波探触子を収容したハウジングと、この
    ハウジングと前記弾性部材との間を接続する自在継手と
    を有することを特徴とする超音波探触子の保持装置。
