Conventional electrical circuit connection methods are described, for example, in Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 57-1.
As described in Japanese Patent No. 58969, two housings are made to face each other, and their opposing directions are connected so as to be bendable via a hinge, and a bendable conductor is passed between the two housings to connect both housings. A device has been invented in which the electrodes within the housing are electrically connected. However, in the above configuration, as is clear from the description of the drawings showing the embodiment,
Since the conductor is formed into a flat plate, it may be able to expand and contract to some degree in its longitudinal direction, but there is a limit to its expansion and contraction in the width direction perpendicular to the length. In addition, it is necessary to make a reliable electrical connection between the housings using a conductor, but the conductor must be removed from the housing every time the housing is adjusted, maintained, or inspected. Abnormalities may occur. As a countermeasure, it is necessary to move the conductor in the longitudinal direction and the direction perpendicular to it without removing the housing and the conductor, but as mentioned above, the amount of expansion and contraction of the conductor in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction is extremely small. Therefore, it is difficult to take the above measures. Furthermore, since there are many places to attach the conductor to the housing,
Work efficiency may decrease.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems and to provide a method for connecting an electric circuit which is compact and enables improved reliability of electrical connection between a connector and a conductor and improved work efficiency.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention connects the boards with a connector formed by a pair of housings that can be assembled and disassembled, thereby reducing the overall size. The lead wires are formed to be longer than the distance between the boards, and are bundled and inserted into the pair of housings with both ends connected to the pair of housings. Even if the connector is disassembled for adjustment, maintenance, and inspection, the electrical connection between the connector and the conductor continues to be maintained.

10 is a lead wire, which is bundled into a bellows shape and inserted into the connector 3, with both ends connected to the receptacles 9a, 9.
It is electrically connected to b. Because of the above configuration, when adjusting, maintaining, and inspecting the connector 3, remove the fastener 8 and disassemble the pair of housings 3a and 3b, and the lead wire 10 inserted into the connector 3 will be removed. With both ends connected to the receptacles 9a and 9b, the bundled portion protrudes from inside the connector 3 to the outside and is untied, increasing the length of the lead wire 10. Therefore, adjustment, maintenance, and inspection of the board 1 can be performed while both ends of the lead wire 10 are in electrical contact with the receptacles 9a and 9b. Then, when the adjustment, maintenance and inspection of the board 1 is completed, the lead wires 10 are bundled into a bellows shape and the two housings 3a, 3b are fastened together with the fasteners 8 to complete one assembly. Therefore, lead wire 10
By bundling the connectors 3 together, the connector 3 can be easily assembled. Next, FIG. 5 is a plan view showing an example of a connector assembly device, FIG. 6 is an enlarged perspective view thereof, and FIG. 7 is a side view thereof. In the figure, reference numeral 11 is made into two pieces and is fixed to the two housings 3a and 3b. 12
a and 12b are formed into two links, and one end of each link is rotatably supported by the top 11. 12c,
Each of the links 12d has six links, and their central portions are intersectingly connected to each other so as to be rotatable. 13a and 13b are guide pins formed in the shape of a crank in the vertical direction, and the lower ends are the links 12a and 12b at both ends and the link 12c at the center.

The lead wires 12d are alternately held at the joints 14 of the lead wires 12d, and their upper ends are alternately brought into contact with one side end surface and the other end surface of the lead wire 10. With the above configuration, when the two cores 11 are moved in the direction opposite to each other (in the direction of the arrow shown in FIG. 6), the other part of the two links 12a, 12b becomes the link 12c, 12.

13b move in the directions of the arrows shown in FIG. 6, bending the lead wire 10 in opposite directions and bringing the bent portions closer together. After that, when the two cores 11 reach a predetermined distance, that is, a length that allows the two housings 3a, 3b to be assembled together with the fastener 8, each link 12a, 12b,
12c and 12d are brought close to each other as shown in FIG. 7, and the lead wires IO are bundled in a bellows shape. Next, FIG. 8 is a plan view showing another example of the connector assembly device, and FIG. 9 is a side view thereof. As shown in the figure, on both sides of the lead wire 10, a plurality of links 15a and 15b are rotatably joined to form a wavy shape, and a piece 16a is attached to each of the outer joints.
, 16b is installed. With the above configuration, when the pieces 16a and 16b on both sides of the lead wire 10 are moved in the longitudinal direction of the lead wire 10 and in the direction toward each other, the lead wire 1 is moved at the inner joint of the links 15a and 15b.
As the lead wires 10 are bent and the bent portions are brought closer to each other, the links 15a and 15b are brought closer together as shown in FIG. 9, and the lead wires 10 are bundled in a bellows shape.

It should be noted that some slack occurs in the lead wire 10 in the cases described in FIGS. 5 to 7 above, but in the cases shown in FIGS.
In the case described in the figure, this concern can be eliminated. In addition, in FIGS. 8 and 9, the link 15a
, 15b are joined by rod-shaped pins, but it is also possible to make them crank-shaped like those shown in FIGS. 5 to 7.
