(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 プリント配線基板上に搭載され、内部に
ソケットコンタクトピンが配されたソケット部材と、概
略倒立L字状又はT字状の断面外形を有し、その横辺部
下面及び縦辺部側面に沿うようにプラグコンタクトピン
が配されたプラグ部材と、を備え、上記ソケット部材に
上記プラグ部材の縦辺部が挿入されるとともに、上記ソ
ケット部材と上記プラグ部材の横辺部との間にFPCの
端子部が挟まれ、この状態で、上記端子部に上記プラグ
コンタクトピンの横辺部が圧接するとともに、上記プラ
グコンタクトピンの縦辺部が上記ソケットコンタクトピ
ンに圧接するようにされてなる電気コネクタ。

の縦辺部が挿入され、この状態で、上記端子部に上記プ
ラグコンタクトピンの横辺部が圧接するとともに、上記
プラグコンタクトピンの縦辺部が上記ソケットコンタク
トピンに圧接するようにされてなる電気コネクタ。

下面のそれぞれに沿うようにプラグコンタクトピンが配
されたプラグ部材と、上記ソケット部材に外挿される挟
持部及び該挟持部から両側方に延設されて上記プラグ部
材の横辺部に対向配置される鍔状部を有するプラグカバ
ーと、を備え、上記プラグカバーの左右の鍔状部と上記
プラグ部材の横辺部との間にそれぞれ別々にFPCの端
子部が挟まれるとともに、上記ソケット部材に上記プラ
グ部材の縦辺部が挿入され、この状態で、上記端子部に
上記プラグコンタクトピンの横辺部が圧接するととも
に、上記プラグコンタクトピンの縦辺部が上記ソケット
コンタクトピンに圧接するようにされてなる電気コネク
タ。
