証すべく、千葉県立衛生短期大1学に試験を依頼した結

着しなくても防腐剤としての効果が充分に発揮できるも

本発明にいうコーラルサンドとは、造礁サンゴの生骨格
や羊化石群から得られるコーラルサンドであり、表■に
示す如く、炭酸カルシウム(CaCO約95%)を主成
分として重要な生体成分であるマグネシウム、ストロン
チウム、ナトリウム、カリウム、リン、塩素をはじめ微
量の鉄、銅、亜鉛、マンガン、コバルト、クロム等の必

以上述べたように本発明の食品の防腐剤は、天然のコー
ラルサンドであり、人体に害を及ぼすおそれもなく、し

ころから、これを食品の防腐剤として使用することによ
り、防腐剤としての効果のみならず、カルシウム分を自
