Description

【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は本考案を適用できる捲取器の側立面図
であり、第２図は第１図の平面図である。第３図
は２個の反転溝孔を示す第２図の肩付きロール表
面の展開図、第４図は反転溝孔からパツケージへ
の糸径路を示すロール及びそれから捲取られた糸
パツケージの一部の横断面図、第５図は第３図の
ロールの溝孔の拡大立面図である。第６図は反転
ピークにおける第５図の線６―６に沿つてとられ
たロールの溝孔の断面図であつて肩付き溝孔の輪
郭及びランプを示し、第７図は溝孔の肩が角付き
であること以外第６図と同様なロールの溝孔の断
面図、第８図は溝孔が曲つたランプの輪郭を有す
ること以外第６図と同様なロールの溝孔の断面図
、第９図は溝孔の機械加工仕上げの詳細を示す溝
孔の一部の展開又は平面図、第１０図は溝孔のラ
ンプの輪郭が３個の交叉した角度付きランプの組
合わせであること以外第６図と同様なロールの溝
孔の断面図である。第１１図は隣接した糸径路を
示すロール上の肩の展開又は立面図、第１２図は
糸径路の幾何学的解析に有用な溝孔付きロール及
び糸パツケージの側面模式的立面図、第１３図は
肩の深さ及びロールとパツケージとの間のクリア
ランスの効果を示す横軸にパツケージの直径をと
つたコントロールされない糸の長さのグラフであ
る。第１４図及び第１５図は同じ形の反転部中の
糸の展開又は立面図であるが、糸径路に必要な横
動径路中の種々のコントロールされない糸の長さ
の効果を示す。 １０……横動カム、１１……固定軸受、１５…
…ロール、１６……軸受、１８……振動アーム、
２５……ロール軸、２７……ランプ。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 往復ストロークにおいて略円筒形の交叉捲き
    糸パツケージを捲き取るための糸捲取装置におい
    て： 上記ストロークの中間領域を越えて上記糸を案
    内する往復可能な糸案内１４を駆動する横カム１
    ０と、 ストロークの各々の終わりにて案内される糸に
    ストローク反転を加えるように糸２８を案内する
    表面２１に形成された溝１９，２０を有する回転
    可能な被駆動円筒状ロール１５とを備えており、 該溝１９，２０が、連続的な螺線状反転曲線４
    ３及び螺線部分を有し、 該溝１９，２０の、該ロールの軸線を介する長
    手方向に延びている平面の断面形状が、該ストロ
    ークの中心から外側に面し且つ該ロールの表面か
    らその一端からその軸線へと延びている肩２３と
    、該肩２３の他端に連続している谷部２６とを有
    する 糸捲取装置において： 該ロールの軸線から離れるように、該谷部２６
    から徐々に外側に延びているランプ２７を備えて
    おり、 該ランプ２７が該ロールの表面と交叉しており
    、 該円筒状ロール１５の表面２１の該溝１９，２
    ０が、該横カム１０によつて駆動される該往復可
    能糸案内１４よりも小さなストローク長さを有す
    る ことを特徴とする糸捲取装置。 ２ 該肩は円筒の軸に実質的に垂直であり、該ラ
    ンプはローラの軸と約１５°の角度で上方に徐々
    に延びている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
    の装置。 ３ 該肩はローラの軸に実質的に垂直な面と約１
    ５°以下の角度で該谷から遠去かるように傾いて
    いる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の装置。 ４ 該ランプは一連の隣接した円弧の形をした波
    状面を有する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
    の装置。 ５ 該ランプはローラの表面から次第に傾斜が大
    きくなつた一連の直線部分の表面を有する実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の装置。 ６ 該ランプは凸状である実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第１項記載の装置。 ７ 該ランプは該表面は流れ込んでいる実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項記載の装置。 ８ 該ローラの表面に関し該ランプの角度は糸の
    配置角より僅かに大きい実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項記載の装置。
