- 所定の動作条件が整つた時のみ発振動作を行え
ばよい発振回路を内蔵したＣＭＯＳＩＣにおいて
発振動作条件判定回路および該発振動作判定回路
の出力が発振を要求した時のみ発振回路のゲート
をＯＮとして発振動作を行なわしめるようにした
発振回路を内蔵したことを特徴とするＣＭＯＳＩ
