However, such wired transmission necessarily requires long lead wires such as compensating conductors, which causes problems such as measurement errors and difficulty in moving equipment. We have developed a wireless transmission thermometer that can detect the temperature of an object, amplify the detected signal, convert it to a digital signal, transmit it wirelessly, and remotely detect the measured temperature by receiving the transmitted signal.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) Even with such conventional technology, the above-mentioned requirements can be met to some extent, but due to the use of radio, if the same radio waves exist in the same area. or when using a large number of wireless transmission thermometers in the same factory, etc.
There is a risk of interference and there is a problem that accurate measurement temperature cannot be detected (Means for Solving the Problems) In order to solve these problems, this invention has been developed. According to the above, it consists of a measuring section that detects the temperature of the object to be measured, amplifies the detected signal, converts it into a digital signal, and transmits it wirelessly, and a display section that receives the transmitted signal and displays the temperature.
In a wireless transmission thermometer that can remotely detect the temperature of a measured object by wireless transmission, an identification signal is set in the measurement section, the identification signal is transmitted together with the detection signal, and the display section receives the transmitted identification signal. B. A transmission method for a wireless thermometer is provided, which is characterized in that detection signals from parts other than the desired measurement part are excluded.

is a measurement unit that detects the temperature of the object to be measured and transmits it wirelessly, which includes a thermocouple (3) that detects the temperature of the object to be measured, an amplifier (4) that amplifies the detection signal to a desired gain, and A VD converter (5) that converts the amplified analog detection signal into a digital signal, and a measurement unit (1) that adds a unique identification signal from the identification signal setting device (9) and the data necessary to transmit the digital signal. It consists of a first microprocessor (6) that converts the data signal into a signal, and a transmitting unit (8) that transmits a composite signal (7) consisting of the data signal and the identification signal by radio waves.

The second microprocessor - ○bori also compares the received data with the previously received data, and if the data exceeds the amount of data change within a pre-calculated unit time, it ignores it as erroneous data. If reception is interrupted for a certain period of time due to radio wave interference, etc., an alarm signal is automatically issued, and if necessary, a control signal is sent based on the detected temperature value to control the temperature of the object to be measured. It is something that can be output.

Note that the display device α may be configured to emit a temperature value using a synthesized sound, or may emit a sound or an alarm when a desired temperature value is reached, so that visual control is not necessarily required. You can also do it in different ways.

(Effects of the Invention) As explained above, in the present invention, an identification signal unique to the measurement unit is added to the detection signal transmitted wirelessly, so that if the identification signal is decoded on the display unit, It can receive only the detection signal that is the best, so there is no interference even when many wireless transmission thermometers are used in the same area, such as in the same factory, and interference with other radio waves can be prevented. Therefore, it has the advantage of being able to reliably remotely detect the measured temperature wirelessly.
