フイラキヤツプの装着状態ではフイラキヤツプに
当接した検知位置で傾動規制され、前記フイラキ
ヤツプ未装着状態ではストツパにより否検知位置
で傾動規制される検知部を形成させ、かつ、該検
知部の傾動に連動され、該検知部が検知位置のと
きに前記オープナ爪に掛止可能な掛止位置に、否
検知位置のときに掛止不可能な否掛止位置に、傾
動により位置されるロツク部を形成させたことを
