るように開放する折り畳み式ルーフの先端ベース
に、操作レバーを上下に揺動自在に枢着するとと
もに、この操作レバーの中間部に、フロントヘツ
ダー部側の掛止部に対して係脱自在なフツクを枢
着し、このフツクを掛止部に係止させた状態で前
記操作レバーを、前記フツクを後方に引つ張りか
つ前記掛止部と操作レバーの枢着部とを結ぶ直線
よりもフツクの枢着部を上方に位置させるロツク
姿勢に揺動させるとともに、ストツパーに当接さ
せてそのロツク姿勢に保持させることにより、先
端ベースをフロントヘツダー部に締結するように
構成してある自動車用ルーフのロツク装置におい
て、前記操作レバーのロツク姿勢への揺動に連動
して前記先端ベースに対し前方に移動することに
より、前記フロントヘツダー部側に形成した係合
部に係合して前記先端ベースのフロントヘツダー
部に対する上下移動を阻止する係止部材を前記先
端ベースに取付けてある自動車用ルーフのロツク
装置。 前記係止部材が、スプリングを介して後方に
移動付勢されたものである実用新案登録請求の範
囲第項記載の自動車用ルーフのロツク装置。 前記係止部材が、前後方向にスライド移動す
るピンである実用新案登録請求の範囲第項又は
