量を制御する弁体と、該弁体の回動軸に取付けら
れ外周方に固定配置した永久磁石との作用で開弁
方向及び閉弁方向のトルクをそれぞれ発生させる
開弁用コイル及び閉弁用コイルを有するアーマチ
ユアと、前記回動軸に取付けられ前記開弁用コイ
ル及び閉弁用コイルのそれぞれに通電するための
周方向に分割された複数のセグメントを有するコ
ンミテータと、前記複数のセグメントのそれぞれ
に摺接して前記開弁用コイル及び閉弁用コイルへ
の電流通路を形成する複数の接点とを備える内燃
機関のアイドルスピード制御弁において、前記コ
ンミテータの各セグメント間にセグメント周面よ
りも突出する絶縁材料からなる仕切壁を設けたこ
とを特徴とする内燃機関のアイドルスピード制御
