Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily excavate a trench in the same manner as in a summer season by melting ice in soil, by a method wherein, after the surface of an excavated road is heated by means of steam from a handy boiler loaded on a vehicle, an asphalt portion is peeled off, and soil is excavated by a back hoe. CONSTITUTION:A boiler 1 serving as a heating source is loaded on a vehicle 2, and heated steam from the boiler 1 is branched into plural branches through branch pipes 3. Injection pipes 4 respectively coupled to the branch pipes 3 are arranged on a road surface or when the road is frozen, holes 5 are bored, and the injection pipes 4 are respectively inserted into the holes 5. A portion, where the injection pipes 4 are arranged, in covered with a heat insulating cover 6, stream is injected for a short time, and a portion to be excavated is heated to melt frozen soil. This enables excavation of a trench as in a summer season without production of noise and vibration, and prevents an external force from being exerted on an underground buried object, resulting in the possibility to prevent damage of the buried object.

(Conventional technology) #l excavation for burying cables, etc. is performed by cutting the surface asphalt layer into long pieces with a cutter, stripping off the asphalt part, and then using a civil engineering machine such as the ``Cable Pack 7''. The method used is to excavate a trench. However, the method described above cannot be carried out as is in the middle of winter. In other words, in the middle of winter, the surface is deep.
70m (about 70m) and is very vertical, so it is difficult to remove the asphalt part, and the back four packets cannot dig into the ground. Therefore, currently, electric heating sheets, which are mainly used for curing concrete, are used to cover the excavated part ( - Two methods are being used: one is to lay down the surface of Askuald and warm it up and dig it, and the other is to crush the reduced pressure to 4 il using a rock drill and a co-worker C2 rock drill.

(Problem that the invention aims to solve) During the severe winter, the excavated part freezes and the trench becomes a very solid layer. Since the heat temperature is low, it is possible to heat only the asphalt part, that is, the surface.
Moreover, it takes time to heat up. In addition, the method of crushing using a PIJ machine has the drawbacks of emitting noise and vibration and having poor explosive efficiency.

(Means for resolving the problem to the fourth degree) The present invention heats the JJII wound during the aforementioned construction work to dig a trench on the frozen road surface, so that it can be excavated by a co-worker. , 1iIII9 which can be used as a heating means
It is powered by heated steam from an easy boiler. In other words, by blowing steam onto the frozen excavated area and heating it to dissolve the water in the soil, ILM and his colleagues could easily drill the ground with a back-7-o.

The boiler 1, which is a heating source, is mounted on a vehicle 2 and separated, and the hot steam from the boiler 1 is branched into multiple branches with an appropriate branch f3 (2, branch t3 (two connected). (Effects of the invention) As mentioned elsewhere, the construction method of the present invention warms the frozen road surface using heated steam from a single-mounted boiler, making it possible to excavate monuments in the same way as in the summer. S compared to crushing method
Since there is no noise, no vibration, and no external force is applied to underground objects, these lumps aS! There is no risk of damaging the metal, and compared to conventional electric heating sheets, it takes a shorter time and the heating range and depth can be selected to a greater extent. Furthermore, as the asphalt part becomes optically soft due to heat,
In addition to being easy to remove, the asphalt itself is hot, so placing it separately and blowing air will accelerate the evaporation of moisture.
In addition to making it easier to regenerate, asphalt is regenerated by conductive heating using the heat source of a boiler, which has the disadvantage of conventional heating regeneration using an oil burner, that is, it also burns the oil component in the asphalt, significantly improving the quality of the regenerated asphalt. It also has the advantage of being able to obtain recycled asphalt without any deterioration.
