には回動軸を設けてこれに前部アームの基端を固
着し、該回動軸の一端に固着した歯車と基部アー
ム支持軸上の固定歯車との間に巻掛け伝導体を巻
掛け、アーム基端部には駆動手段を付して基部ア
ームを所要回転角回動させることで前記巻掛け伝
導体にて回動軸上の歯車を介し前部アームが進退
するように形成し、基部アームの適所とガードフ
レーム適所との間に、折畳み時支持軸と枢支点と
を結ぶ線上よりロツド端が後部に位置するようシ
リンダ型シヨツクアブソバーを付設したことを特
