Claims (1)
の信号ラインにそれぞれ挿入接続された複数個の
ゼロサプレツシヨン抵抗と、この各ゼロサプレツ
シヨン抵抗を介して複数個の測温抵抗体からの信
号を選択する第1のマルチプレクサと、第1のマ
ルチプレクサによつて選択された信号を入力し温
度信号を得る信号処理回路と、一方の入力端にホ
ールドコンデンサを有した演算増幅器を含み各ゼ
ロサプレツシヨン抵抗を介して各測温抵抗体に定
電流を供給する複数個の定電流供給回路と、各ゼ
ロサプレツシヨン抵抗に流れる電流に対した信号
を選択する第2のマルチプレクサと、この第2の
マルチプレクサによつて選択された信号を入力す
る電流検出回路と、この電流検出回路の出力を各
定電流供給回路の演算増幅器のホールドコンデン
サを有した一方の入力端に与える第3のマルチプ
レクサと、各定電流供給回路の演算増幅器の他方
の入力端に共通に基準電圧を与える基準電圧源と
