２つの吸気ポートを備え、かつ、主として一方の
吸気ポートに燃料を供給する燃料供給装置と、他
方の吸気ポートに介装され機関運転条件に応じて
開閉する開閉弁とを備えてなる内燃機関において
、各気筒のシリンダとの間に燃焼室を形成するピ
ストンの冠面形状を前記２つの吸気ポートのいず
れか一方に近い側を他方の吸気ポートに近い側よ
り燃焼室方向に突出させた構造としたことを特徴
