介して上記読出し、書込み情報の入力又は出力を
光学的に行い得るように構成したことを特徴とす
るICカード。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の考案
において、上記超微粒発光ダイオードを入力素子
(受光素子群)及び出力素子(発光素子群)とし
