Claims (1)
- 支持体上に載置されたワークを吸着、保持すべ
く、該支持体上で昇降可能な昇降体に複数の吸盤
が設けられて成るワークハンドリング装置におい
て、前記昇降体には、ワークの縁部に対応する部
分で水平軸線まわりに揺動可能にして複数の揺動
軸が支承され、該揺動軸には、前記ワークの外縁
に当接し得る位置決め部材が固設されるとともに
、該位置決め部材がワークの外縁に当接した状態
でワークに圧接し得るようにして吸盤が固設され
ることを特徴とするワークハンドリング装置。
