記固定フレームに上刃を設けたラムを前記下刃の
前後方向に往復動自在に設け、前後ラムの背面に
水平方向へ延伸する可動フレームを固着し、該可
動フレームにバツクゲージを材料挿入方向に往復
動自在に設けたシヤーリングマシンに、前記ラム
を前記下刃の前後方向に往復動せしめて前記上刃
と下刃とのクリアランスを変更するクリアランス
変更手段と、前記クリアランス変更手段により変
更されたクリアランスを検出するクリアランス検
出手段と、前記バツクゲージを前記材料挿入方向
に位置決め動作させるバツクゲージ移動手段と、
前記バツクゲージ移動手段により移動されたバツ
クゲージの前記上刃に対する位置を検出するバツ
クゲージ相対位置検出手段と、前記クリアランス
検出手段及びバツクゲージ相対位置検出手段から
の位置情報に基づいて前記バツクゲージの前記下
刃に対する位置を演算すると共に該演算結果を出
力する演算出力手段を備えたことを特徴とするシ
ヤーリングマシン。 (2) 前記クリアランス変更手段は、入力される
材料板厚情報に応じて適宜にクリアランスを変更
するものであることを特徴とする実用新案登録請
