つ入力軸８と、 給紙ローラ軸７の一端の先端部に固着した出力
軸１０と、前記入力軸８と出力軸１０との間の給
紙ローラ軸７に張架された一端に制御爪９ａと他
端を出力軸１０の係合溝１０ｂに係何する係合片
９ｂとを有するクラツチスプリング９と、入力軸
８の歯車８ｂと連動する回動可能に形成された揺
動部材１４をもつ連動手段とを備え、駆動源１の
回転によりクラツチスプリング９の制御爪９ａが
揺動部材１４の外縁に非拘束・拘束されることに
よりクラツチスプリング９を緊張・弛緩させ、入
