Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. Ｘ線ビーム中心線を通る対称軸に対して対称的
    に配設されかつ互いに反対方向に移動自在とされ
    た、Ｘ線不透過板材からなる一対の第１の絞り片
    と、前記対称軸に直交しかつＸ線ビーム中心線を
    通る別の対称軸に対して対称的に配設されかつ互
    いに反対方向に移動自在とされた、同じくＸ線不
    透過板材からなる一対の第２の絞り片とを備えて
    なり、Ｘ線管から放射されるＸ線ビームを所望の
    大きさの正方形ないしは矩形の照射野が得られる
    ように絞り込むＸ線絞り装置において、Ｘ線透過
    板材からなる基板と、この基板に対して平行に配
    設され中央部に開口を有したＸ線不透過板材から
    なり、基板上を往復動自在とされたマスク板と、
    このマスク板の駆動手段とからなるマスク装置を
    、前記基板がＸ線ビーム中心線に対して垂直にな
    るように付設したことを特徴とするＸ線絞り装置
    。
