DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION (a) Industrial application field The present invention uses substantially untwisted multifilament yarn as a weft yarn to create a water jet loom or an air jet loom.
The present invention relates to a weaving method using a 7 troom (hereinafter referred to as a jet loom).

(B) Conventional technology Conventionally, when weaving using multifilament yarns such as synthetic fibers or their false twisted yarns as weft yarns using jet looms, these weft yarns may be used depending on the type of fabric to be woven. If necessary, additional twisting may be used, but for standard representative varieties such as regular taffeta, ponzi, and gabardine, yarns with only a base yarn of approximately 107/M are used. or completely untwisted yarn produced by high-speed spinning etc. When weaving with a jet loom using twisted yarns as weft yarns, there are various inherent or actual problems due to the untwisted yarns. Although there are some differences depending on the storage method, there is a defect called the line part where the filament single threads are entangled with each other after opening.
Furthermore, similar processed yarns suffer from the same cotton tube defects as described above, as well as instability in weft flight during weft insertion. These phenomena become more noticeable as the rotational speed of the loom increases. In particular, processed yarns tend to become unstable during weft insertion due to their crimpability, torqueability, etc., which is a major cause of loom stoppages.

On the other hand, with regard to textured yarns, those that have been subjected to interlacing treatment in the false twisting process are being used as warp yarns, warp yarns, and weft yarns, but the basic technical concept of using yarns that have undergone this interlacing treatment is in the warp yarns. The threads for the warp, which have necessarily been subjected to an interlacing treatment to make the weft non-gelatinous, are simply used as the weft, and no consideration is given to the necessity of the interlacing treatment for the weft and its conditions. That is the reality.

(d) Means and action for solving the problems The present invention includes:
When weaving with a jet loom using a substantially untwisted multifilament yarn as a weft, the weft is given an entanglement degree of 5 to 5 by an entangling device provided between a weft yarn feeder and a weft storage device. This is a weaving method using a jet loom, which is characterized by performing entanglement treatment in a range of 25 pieces/M.

That is, as shown in FIG. 1, which is a layout diagram showing the positional relationship between the entanglement imparting device that imparts entanglement to the weft in the present invention, the weft yarn supply body, and the weft yarn storage device, the weft yarn supply body j1) and the weft/yarn storage device (
An entanglement imparting device (3) is provided between the weft yarn supplying body (1) and the weft storage device (2) during weft insertion. The confounding process is performed to add confounding. In addition, the confounding device (3)
Variable speed feed rollers (4) and delivery rolls (5) are provided before and after the weft yarn (Y), so that the tension of the running weft yarn (Y) can be adjusted, and the degree of entanglement can be freely set as necessary. This is desirable. The entangling device (3) is not particularly limited in terms of the specification 2 conditions, etc., and a conventionally known fluid injection nozzle as shown in FIG. 2 may be appropriately selected and used. The degree of entanglement imparted to the weft yarns, that is, the degree of entanglement, is sufficiently satisfied with a relatively small value of 5 to 25 pieces/M even if the fineness of the weft yarns, the number of filaments, the preliminary combustion conditions in the case of processed yarns, etc. vary slightly. It has a good effect on the fabric and does not have any adverse effect on the obtained fabric. Moreover, as long as the numerical value is within the above range, even if there is some variation, there is no effect. However, when the degree of entanglement is less than 5 pieces/M, the effect is low, and the occurrence of line parts and instability of weft thread flight cannot be sufficiently resolved, and when the degree of entanglement exceeds 25 pieces/M, Weft defects occur in the woven fabric due to entanglement, which significantly impairs the quality of the fabric, which is inappropriate. Therefore, the characteristics of the loom, such as the loom speed, weft insertion nozzle, pump conditions, etc., or the type of weft yarn, It is important to set and give an appropriate degree of entanglement within the above numerical range depending on the properties etc.

In the present invention, as described above, by providing a predetermined number of entanglements between the weft yarn supplying body and the weft yarn storage device, gentle convergence is imparted to the entire weft yarn, which is originally untwisted and therefore easy to spread. This prevents the occurrence of cotton tube defects due to entanglement between single filament yarns, and also makes it easier to ride the jet stream in the case of false-twisted yarns, thereby stabilizing the flight.Furthermore, in the present invention, By intertwining the weft yarns on the loom between the weft yarn feeder and the weft storage device, the system can quickly respond to the weft insertion conditions such as the loom rotation speed, weft insertion nozzle, and pump, which vary depending on the loom model. Therefore, it is possible to set and impart an appropriate degree of entanglement, which is extremely effective and advantageous compared to using yarn that has been preliminarily entangled to a certain degree in a drawing process or pre-combustion process as a weft (e). Examples Example 1゜Warp: Nylon 6 multifilament yarn 70d/12f
, Weft: Nylon 6 multifilament yarn 70d/24
A footer consisting of f (non-twisted yarn) is placed between the weft yarn supplying body (1) and the weft storage device (2) as shown in FIG. 1 using a water jet loom, and the entangling device shown in FIG. 2 is installed. Then, weaving was carried out under the following conditions while intertwining the weft yarns. At that time, the degree of entanglement was varied by changing the air pressure of the air injection nozzle, which is the entanglement imparting device, and the state of occurrence of cotton tube defects and the weft quality of the fabric at that time were investigated. The result is the first

Air conduit +71: 1. On+φ Overfeed rate between feed roller (4) and pre-heli roll (5)...0.5% As shown in Table 1, the occurrence of cotton tube defects is significantly prevented by providing entanglement to the weft yarns. However, when the degree of entanglement is 4 pieces/M, it is still insufficient, and when the degree of entanglement is 30 pieces/M, it clearly has an adverse effect on the weft quality of the fabric.

A textured yarn fabric consisting of polyester false twisted textured yarn 150d/36r was prepared in Example 1. Weaving was carried out under the following conditions while subjecting the wefts to an interlacing treatment using an interlacing device in the same manner as in the above. By varying the degree of entanglement of weft yarns, we investigated the number of loom stoppages due to poor weft flight, the occurrence of cotton tube defects, and the weft quality of the fabric. The results were as shown in Table 2.
