[Detailed description of the invention] This invention relates to an aeration pipe device in which an aeration pipe for supplying air into an aeration tank is installed vertically, and is lifted outside the aeration tank for cleaning or other purposes. To provide an aeration pipe device which is simple and can be suitably used even in a relatively deep aeration tank. Conventionally, as this type of air diffuser device, an air pipe connected to the air diffuser pipe is divided into a plurality of pipes, and the air pipes are connected at a rotary joint part, and a cable is connected to the air diffuser pipe.
There is a cable that can be hoisted up in a folded state by pulling up the cable, but since this cable has a structure in which multiple air pipes are connected using multiple joint members, it becomes a heavy air pipe. As a result, a large power source is required for lifting, resulting in a large device, which is even more disadvantageous when the aeration tank is deep. In addition, when the air pipes are lifted, the air pipes are arranged in a staggered manner, alternating left and right, which takes up a large amount of space above the aeration tank, and as a result, workers are scattered above the aeration tank. When performing maintenance and inspection of air equipment, this work has the drawback of being extremely difficult to perform and resulting in poor workability. In addition, when lifting the air diffuser pipe with the cable as mentioned above, the lateral weight balance is not maintained, and the wire becomes slanted, causing both the air diffuser pipe and the air supply pipe to be lifted at an angle. It has the disadvantage of poor stability during frying.

Furthermore, in the past, the lower air pipe was constructed by rotatably connecting the lower air pipe to the upper air pipe, which was rotatably supported in the aeration tank, and the upper air pipe was lifted using a lifter while the lower air pipe was lifted at the same time. There is a known device that can be lifted with the lower air pipe bent in relation to the upper air pipe, but the lengths of the upper and lower air pipes are different. Because the length is maintained as it is, it cannot be lifted in a compact form,
Especially when used in a deep aeration tank, these air pipes are long and therefore unsuitable. Also, if a long air pipe is used, unless the length of the lower air pipe is shortened, even if the upper air pipe is lifted up, the diffuser pipe will not be able to be pulled up to the top of the aeration tank, and will be suspended in the middle. As a result, it becomes impossible to maintain and inspect the air diffuser pipe. However, if the length of the lower air supply pipe is shortened in this way, it is necessary to prepare a long upper air supply pipe, which has the disadvantage that the above-mentioned lifter requires a large amount of power.

In addition, when lifting or lowering the air diffuser device into or out of the aeration tank, the third air pipe is stored inside the second air pipe, and these air pipes function as if they were one air pipe.
This is because the second air pipe remains in this stowed state, and as the first air pipe rotates, it hangs down due to its own weight and is lifted or suspended. , there is no fear that the lateral weight balance is not maintained as in the past, and lifting or hanging can be carried out in a stable state, and the length of the third air pipe is long enough to accommodate the third air pipe within the second air pipe. Therefore, the first air pipe can be made shorter, and the rotation locus of the tip of the first air pipe becomes a circle with a small radius. For example, even if the width of the aeration tank top opening is narrow, there will be no interference with the top opening edge of the aeration tank. In addition, even when the aeration pipe device is pulled up above the aeration tank, the height of the device overhanging the aeration tank is short; for example, the ceiling of the space where the aeration tank is installed is low. The aeration pipe device can be reliably brought to an appropriate position for easy maintenance and inspection without any hindrance, and for the above reasons, it can be used as an aeration pipe device in aeration tanks under all conditions. It is wide. Furthermore, in this invention,
Since a retractable cover is provided around the sliding part of the second air pipe and the third air pipe, it is possible to prevent dirt from adhering to the sliding part and prevent smooth sliding, and it is possible to lift the device. This has the advantage that the third air pipe can be reliably and stably stored during hanging.
