機から所定位置まで排出移送する排出移送台車部
と、前記排出移送台車部で所定位置まで排出移送

を次の修正台車部に移送する移送台車部と、受け
とた前記1列ずつの小切紙葉束の前後端面のゆが
みを修正する修正台車部と、修正された前記小切
紙葉束を再び所望する多数行多数列に整列させる
ための整列台車部と、前記整列台車部によつて所
望数列に整列された前記小切紙葉束を所定の段数
に積替える積替部とから成る小切紙葉束積替装
置。 2 特許請求の範囲第1項記載の小切紙葉束積替
装置において排出移送台車部は多数行多数列に断
裁された小切紙葉束を断裁機から引き出して前方
に送る排出アームを有し、前記排出移送台車部後
退の際は前記排出アームが移送用小切紙葉束と接
触しない位置に移動出来る様に構成したことを特
徴とする小切紙葉束積替装置。 3 特許請求の範囲第1項記載の小切紙葉束積替
装置において、移送台車部は排出移動台車部で排
出移送された多数行多数列の小切紙葉束を1列づ
つ受けとめる紙葉束受部を設けた移送台車とこの
移送台車の前進を案内するシーソー台とからな
り、前記移送台車の前進に伴ない前記シーソー台
が前方降下方向に傾斜出来る様に構成したことを
特徴とする小切紙葉束積替装置。 4 特許請求の範囲第1項記載の小切紙葉束積替
装置において、修正台車部は移送台車から移送さ
れて来た小切紙葉束の後端に当接する移送アーム
と前記小切紙葉束の前端に当接する移送アームと
を設けてなり、前記両移送アームはエアシリンダ
の駆動を介して前記当接とその当接解除とが出来
る様に構成したことを特徴とする小切紙葉束積替
装置。 5 特許請求の範囲第1項記載の小切紙葉束積替
装置において、整列台車部は修正台車部で端部の
ゆがみを修正されてなる1列づつの小切紙葉束を
前方に移送する移送アームとこの移送アームの前
方に位置してなる整列ストツパーとを設けてな
り、前記移送アームは前記整列台車の後退に際し
て後続移送の小切紙葉束と係接しない位置にエア
シリンダの駆動を介して移動出来る様に構成した
ことを特徴とする小切紙葉束積載替装置。 6 特許請求の範囲第1項記載の小切紙葉束積替
装置において、積替部は整列台車部と整列ストツ
パとの間に整列された小切葉束が下方パレツト上
に落下排出出来る開閉板を前記整列小切紙葉束の
下面に設けてなり、前記開閉板は駆動機構を介て
左右にスライド出来る開閉機構としたことを特徴
とする小切紙葉束積替装置。
