極4間に毛髪、繊維等の被検体8を保持し、該上部電極
7と下部電極4間に高周波を印加して、上記被検体8の
静電容量を検知することによって含水率を測定する構成

上記のように構成した含水率測定装置であれば、静電容
量がホット電極1とアース電極2の間に存在するすべて

が行なうことができず、そのために下部電極4を固定す
る固定台9を導電材としアース電極2と接続しシールド
する構成にしたものであるが、量産時において絶縁板3

を完全に密着させることは困難であり、そのために生じ
る絶縁板3と固定台9の間の空隙により静電容量が変化
