る。 図中、２はチユーブ、Ａ，Ｂは励起用電極、６
はガラス部、８はイオントラツプ装置、９，１０
は磁石、１１は絶縁材である。

Claims (1)
- チユーブに所定間隔を隔てて励起用電極を設け
、該電極によりチユーブ内の金属蒸気を励起して
該チユーブの端部に設けたガラス部よりこれを透
過して外部にレーザー光を取出す金属蒸気レーザ
ー発振装置において、上記励起用電極と上記ガラ
ス部との間に、金属蒸気からガラス部を保護する
ためのイオントラツプ装置を設けたことを特徴と
する金属蒸気レーザー発振装置。
