    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 密封した筒状のガラス管体内の一端に一個のみ
    の電極を設けて内部電極となし、前記ガラス管体
    の一端から外壁に沿わせて密着して他端に達する
    様に設けた導電条を外部電極として一対の電極を
    構成し、該ガラス管体の内部電極と外部電極の何
    れか一端との間に高周波電源を接続したことを特
    徴とする冷陰極放電管。
