In a photocoupler with an integrated structure in which a light-emitting element and a light-receiving element, each mounted on a conductor part, are placed opposite each other and the elements are sealed with resin, the respective conductor parts on which the light-emitting element and the light-receiving element are mounted are mounted on the same conductor part. A photocoupler characterized in that the conductor parts are formed on the upper surface of the carrier, and the ends of the conductor parts on which the elements are not mounted extend at least to the bottom of the side surface of the carrier.
