Abstract

PURPOSE:To move smoothly materials to be treated between stages by providing freely movably a stand provided with a treating liquid tank between juxtaposed treating lines, cleaning a barrel there and taking out the materials to be treated. CONSTITUTION:The barrel into which a required quantity of the materials to be treated are charged in subjected to a plating treatment in the treating lines I, II. The barrel subjected to the treatment is imposed on the stand 1 of a moving type treating liquid tank device F by which the barrel cylinder is rotated to direct downward the aperture surface thereof. The treating in the treating liquid tank 2 is injected to the barrel in this state from nozzles N of a hopper 5; at the same time the inside of the barrel is cleaned. The device F is then run on rails 9 and is stopped to the prescribed position of a dehydrating and drying line III. The barrel is returned to the line I by a traverser E2 of the line II. After the hopper 5 is traversed, the basket 7 is lifted and taken out by a receiving base 11 and is moved to the line III. The device F is returned to the line II.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] The present invention is designed to smoothly move between the parallel processing steps in surface treatment equipment such as plating, when the processing steps are parallel. It is related to the transfer device of the processed object in the surface treatment 〇 [Traditional technology and its problems] When various items are pledged and other surfaced, these treatments are included in the barrel. Then, the desired treatment is carried out by sequentially transferring pre-treatment steps such as degreasing, washing with water, and pickling, plating steps, and post-treatment steps such as neutralization and washing with water. However, it is sometimes difficult to arrange each process in series due to limitations in the processing plant building or depending on the process or type of process. In such a case, each process is arranged in two or three or more rows in parallel.
A traverser is used to transition between these processes. However, during transfer using this traverser, it is common that the barrel in which the object to be processed is put is once pulled out of the liquid, and during processing, the object to be processed does not need to be immersed in the liquid or immersed in the liquid. However, there are cases where it is desired to transport the liquid together with the liquid. [Means for solving the problem] In view of this, the present invention provides a method for transferring the processed material via a traverser between parallel processing steps in surface treatment equipment. and to a position where it is desired to transfer the workpiece between processes while immersed in the liquid, or to a position between processes where it is desired to transfer the workpiece with the liquid even if it is not immersed in the liquid. , a processing liquid tank is disposed so as to be movable between the respective processes, and wheels and a drive device are provided below the processing liquid tank for moving between the processes, and a means for mounting the barrel on the acid tank is provided. 1. This makes it possible to move objects to be processed smoothly even between processes arranged in parallel, and with a simple structure.

In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the pretreatment process A and the first plating process B1
This pre-treatment plating line I, the second plating process B1, and the post-treatment process C are arranged in a line, and the post-plating treatment winding line I and the dehydration drying line ■ of the dehydration drying process are arranged in parallel. A traverser, zl-''2, is installed between the line I and the summer end, and a mobile processing liquid tank device of the present invention is installed between the lines ■ and I. is 0
Then, in this processing line, the required amount of material to be processed is introduced into the barrel at input position a on the starting end side of the line (1), and the barrel is transferred to the line (2) using a transfer means (not shown, but a carrier, etc.).
A pretreatment step A1 and a first plating step Bl (for example, copper plating) are performed. When it reaches the end of line ■, it is transferred to the line seal by traverser E1, and this line I
After passing through a second plating step 12 (for example, nickel plating) and a post-processing step a, it is transferred to a mobile treatment liquid tank device r, and then transferred to the next dehydration drying line (2). After the treatment is completed, the barrel is returned to the line (2) via the traverser E2. This mobile treatment liquid tank device r is a traverser equipped with a treatment liquid tank, and its configuration is shown in Figure 2. This is shown in Figure 3. Next, FIGS. 2 and 3 will be explained.

In the figure, l is a stand, and a processing liquid tank 2 is integrally provided therein.
Other processing liquids are filled. Then, the barrel Bt-, which has completed line ①, is mounted on the top of this frame 1, but at this time, there is a barrel cylinder at or slightly above the liquid level in the tank so that the barrel does not sink into the liquid. At the same time, a barrel rotation device 3 is provided on the pedestal to rotate this barrel as necessary. In addition, a rail 4 is provided at the top of the mount, and the device is movable along this rail, and a nozzle N is provided that injects water into the barrel when the barrel opening surface is facing downward. A hopper 5 is provided. This hopper 5 is arranged in the tank 2 so that at least the cylinder of a barrel mounted on a pedestal is inserted therein, and is suspended from the rail so as to be movable by a drive device 6. . A basket holder 11 for supporting the basket 7 is provided at the inner bottom of the tank 2. This basket holder may be of either a fixed type or an elevating type. Eggplant. The basket 7 is lifted up by a carrier (not shown) and transported to the next line I.

According to the present invention, a frame equipped with a processing liquid tank is movably provided between the parallel processing lines, so a large tank connecting both lines was conventionally required, but a small tank is sufficient. Moreover, since all of the driving parts are installed outside the liquid tank, compared to systems that drive the parts in the liquid, there is no need to use special materials for the parts of the driving parts, and it is possible to extend the life of the parts, which reduces production costs and running costs. This method has the advantage of being suitable for use in locations where the liquid is transferred together with a liquid tank, and improving processing efficiency.
