Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable to easily manufacture the tank with corrugated ribs having sufficient vibration-resisting strength for the vibration generated in transist by a method wherein a recessed part which is linearly contacted or surface- contacted to a reinforcing rod is provided at the top of the corrugated ribs. CONSTITUTION:Using a reinforcing rod 5 in the form of round bar, the top 2a of the corrugated rib which is bent making a small radius of curvature is partially recessed, and a recessed part 7 having the cylindrical surface with the radius of curvature larger than the reinforcing rod is provided. A welding work is performed in the state wherein the circumferential surface is contacted to the reinforcing rod 5, and welding beads are formed. As the contact part of the corrugated rib 2 and the reinforcing rod 5 is formed into the state of linear contact by the formation of the recessed part 7, the welding arc generating when the reinforcing rod is installed is stabilized, and the deposition surface can be made larger twice or more, thereby enabling to obtain the stabilized welding strength which sufficiently resists the vibration generating in transit.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Field of Application of the Invention] The present invention relates to a tank with corrugated ribs for oil-filled electrical equipment, and more particularly to a reinforcing rod attachment structure for the corrugated ribs.

Conventionally, in tanks for oil-filled electrical equipment that have corrugated ribs for heat dissipation, welding is performed with the reinforcing rods 5 that connect the pressure corrugated ribs 2 placed in contact with the apexes 2a of the corrugated ribs, as shown in FIG. It is common to attach it to the corrugated rib by welding and forming a welding bead 6.

However, the apex 2a of the corrugated rib is bent with a small radius of curvature in order to increase the heat dissipation area of the corrugated rib and for molding needs.
The contact area between the rod and the round bar normally used as the reinforcing rod 5 will be in a state of point contact where two lines intersect, and if bath welding is performed in this state, the welding arc will be unstable and the welded area will be too small. As a result, the welding strength varied, and in some cases, it was not strong enough to withstand vibrations during transportation.

In addition, in order to increase the -1 weld area, we reinforced it as shown in Figure 4. It has been considered to provide a groove 8 that matches the shape of the top of the corrugated rib 2 in the attachment part of the reinforcing rod 5, but in reality, there are variations in the pitch dimension of the corrugated rib 2, so the groove 8 of the reinforcing rod is It is difficult to attach it in alignment with the apex 2a, and it is difficult to implement.

The object of the present invention is to provide a method for oil-filled electrical equipment that allows for easy installation of reinforcing rods regardless of variations in the pitch dimension of the corrugated ribs, and that also ensures sufficient and stable strength at the attachment portion of the corrugated ribs and the reinforcing rods. The object of the present invention is to provide a link with corrugated ribs.

FIG. 1 is a diagram showing an embodiment of the present invention, in which (a) shows a tank body plate 1 having a large number of corrugated ribs 2 whose upper and lower ends are closed.
7 tank part 3 and bottom plate 4 are joined, and the corrugated ribs 2 on each side are
(b) is an enlarged view of part A of the tank with corrugated ribs, in which reinforcing rods 5 are attached so as to connect them to each other. In this embodiment, a reinforcing rod 5 which is a round bar is used, and the apex 2a of the waveform rib 2 bent with a small radius of curvature is partially recessed to form a recess 7 having a cylindrical surface with a larger radius of curvature than the reinforcing rod 5. is provided, and welding is performed with the circumferential surface of reinforcement I #5 in contact with this recess 7 to form a weld bead 6. By providing the four parts 7, the corrugated rib 2 and the reinforcement rod 5 are Since the contact portion is in a line contact state, the bath contact area is more stable when the 4m reinforcement is installed, and the bath contact area can be more than twice as large as the conventional example shown in Fig. 3.

Stable bath contact strength sufficient to withstand vibrations during transportation can be obtained. There is still no need to match the pitch dimension of the grooved part of the reinforcing rod and the corrugated rib as in the embodiment shown in Fig. 4.
Reinforcement rods can be easily attached regardless of variations in the pitch dimension of the corrugated ribs.

FIG. 2 shows another embodiment of the present invention in which an irregularly shaped recess 7 and a reinforcing rod 5 are assembled together. As shown in the figure, the contact surface of the recess 7 with the reinforcing rod may be either a flat or curved surface, and the reinforcing rod 5 may have any shape such as a cylinder, a square prism, a triangular prism, etc. The contact portion of the reinforcing rod 5 is in line contact [Fig. 2 (a), (b)] or in surface contact (Fig. 2 (C), (d)).

In this way, if the contact area between the corrugated rib and the reinforcing rod is in line contact or surface contact, stable installation can be achieved even if adhesive is used instead of welding, provided that the installation strength does not need to be as high as 8. I can do it.

The concave portions 7 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 are provided at the same time as molding or by secondary processing after molding, but since the apex of the corrugated rib is only partially recessed, the curve of the corrugated rib is There is no problem, and there is almost no effect on the heat dissipation effect.

According to the present invention, since a concave portion is provided at the apex of the corrugated rib to make line contact or surface contact with the reinforcing rod, it is possible to secure a sufficiently large joint area between the corrugated rib and the reinforcing rod by welding, adhesion, etc., and to ensure stable joint strength. Moreover, since the reinforcing rods can be attached regardless of variations in the pitch dimension of the corrugated ribs, it is possible to easily manufacture a tank with corrugated ribs that has sufficient vibration resistance against vibrations during transportation.
