Because it has a weak point in corrosion resistance, it is rarely used as a raw material, and after pretreatment by conventional methods, a chemical film or anodic oxide film is formed on the surface, and then a thermosetting acrylic resin paint or other coating is applied to the surface. It is often used with transparent or colored coating such as polyurethane resin paint. Recently, in order to improve the design effects of these materials, products laminated with synthetic resin decorative sheets such as vinyl chloride printed with woodgrain patterns and other various patterns and colors have been attracting attention. Various lamination processes are carried out depending on the material and shape of.

Since the self-cohesive force is strong and the compatibility with the adhesive is low, the adhesion strength with the adhesive is weak and there is a risk of it peeling off easily. The adhesive is applied to the back side of the decorative sheet using a knife coater method, and the adhesive is passed through a hot air oven to volatilize the solvent contained in the adhesive. Lamination is carried out by applying direct pressure to the decorative sheet in stages with a pressure roller.

着剤との相溶性を大きくする塗膜の改質処理を行なう。Looking at the lamination method according to the present invention in more detail, the aluminum material used as the base material is first subjected to normal pretreatment such as blood removal and water washing, and then subjected to satin finish treatment, chemical polishing, electrolytic polishing, etc. as necessary. , anodized in an aqueous solution of inorganic or organic acids such as sulfuric acid or oxalic acid to form an anodized film on the surface, and then, depending on the case, coloring by dyeing or electrolytic coloring, or chromic acid. Alternatively, a chemical film is formed on the surface using a treatment liquid such as phosphate, and then a thermosetting acrylic resin paint or polyurethane resin paint is used to improve the durability of the aluminum material and maintain the design effect for a long time. Then, in the method of the present invention, the coating film on the surface of the aluminum material is applied with pressure. Steam treatment or alternative hot water washing treatment is performed to hydrolyze the ether bonds and urethane bonds in the coating film structure using water and temperature (100 to 140°C), increasing the number of hydroxyl groups in the coating film and increasing its polarity. Then, the coating film is modified to increase its compatibility with the adhesive described later.

You can also use other synthetic resin sheets (print a wood grain pattern, abstract pattern, floral pattern, etc. on the surface of the sheet, and apply 50 P of adhesive to the back of the decorative sheet using a knife coater before pasting.
After coating to a thickness of -200 μm, excess solvent is volatilized with hot air at 30 to 50° C., and this decorative V-) is adhered to the surface of the coating film of the aluminum material while being pressed with a rubber roller. Adhesives used for the above-mentioned lamination processing include phenolic resin, resorcinol resin, furan resin, polyurethane resin, epoxy resin, and polyvinyl chloride resin adhesives, but the viscosity, solid content, and type of solvent of the adhesive If you adjust it to make it suitable for application with a knife coater,
Any adhesive can be used, and knife coaters often use polyurethane resin, polyvinyl chloride resin, etc.

性向上を計ることができるものである。As mentioned above (according to the present invention method), when laminating a decorative sheet made of synthetic resin onto an aluminum material that has been painted, the surface of the paint film must be subjected to a pressurized steam treatment or an alternative hot water washing treatment. The ether bonds and urethane bonds in the coating structure are hydrolyzed using water and temperature to increase the number of hydroxyl groups in the coating film, increasing its polarity and greatly improving its compatibility with adhesives. Since the sheets are laminated, the adhesive force between the painted surface and the decorative sheet is strengthened several times as shown in Table 1. As a result, synthetic resin decorative sheets can be applied to the painted surface, which was difficult to do with conventional techniques. The combination of the coating film on the surface of the aluminum material and the printed pattern on the surface of the decorative sheet creates a completely new design effect, as well as improving the durability of the aluminum material.
