A pair of pipe holes 17 and 18 are provided at an appropriate interval over the widest opposing sides of the refractory brick 20, and one pipe hole 18 has an air outlet directed outward from one notched corner. 19 are provided. Therefore, a slightly long exercise 20 consisting of the above structure
and a required number of slightly shorter bricks 20 are arranged alternately, and one ventilation pipe 21 provided with a large number of nozzles 23 is inserted into each pipe hole 18 provided with an air outlet, and no air outlet is provided. A single ventilation pipe 22 without a nozzle is inserted into each pipe hole 17 to form members a to e in which each brick is connected in a skewered manner, and each member has its ventilation pipe 21 side connected to the ventilation pipe. The grooves are inclined at an angle of 40 to 50 degrees lower than the 22 side, and the members a to e are arranged side by side with an appropriate interval of 16 between them. One end of each of the ventilation pipes 21 and 22 is connected to an air supply pipe 24, and each end is connected to an exhaust pipe 25, respectively.

Note that the void 26 can be formed by alternately arranging the slightly longer bricks 20 and the slightly shorter bricks 20 as described above. Furthermore, it is easier to attach the material a provided on the primary burner 8 side and the member e provided on the partition wall 2 side by forming oblique notches 27 on both sides to match the shape inside the furnace.

The secondary combustion chamber 4 includes a smoke vent 10 provided in the partition wall 2.
It communicates with the primary combustion chamber 3 through a steam vent hole 11, and is provided with a second input port 30 at the top for inputting dissected animal carcasses, garbage, etc., and is covered with a lid 32 with a shielding plate 31 on the bottom surface. A rooster 33 and a secondary combustion burner 34 are provided at the bottom. Further, 35 is a flue provided at the upper part of the side wall, which leads to a separately connected tertiary combustion incinerator 36. In addition,
In the figure, 37 is a dust collection furnace, 38 is a smoke induction fan, and 39 is a chimney.

As in the above configuration, the grate 15 in the present invention
In this method, a pair of pipe holes are drilled across both opposing sides of a refractory brick, and one pipe hole is provided with an outlet toward the outside, and the required number of the above-mentioned bricks are lined up, and each pipe without an outlet is A ventilation pipe is inserted across the holes, and a ventilation pipe with a large number of nozzles is inserted across each pipe hole provided with an air outlet to form a member in which each pipe is connected in a skewered manner, and several of these members are The blower outlet side is lowered and the brick is inclined, and each member is arranged in parallel in the lower part of the furnace with appropriate intervals between them, and both ends of each vent pipe are connected to an air supply pipe and an exhaust pipe, respectively.

Therefore, when air is fed into the air supply pipe 24, the air f ejected from the air pipe nozzle 23 of each member is released from the blow-off port 19, so that the air is fed almost uniformly to every corner of the furnace. Since the ash on each member is easily blown off by the wind from the outlet 19, it is possible to burn it very efficiently. After ignition, the combustion continues naturally in the best condition without using the burner 8, which is very effective in terms of energy saving for petroleum and the like. Moreover, since each member a to e is cooled by sending cold air into each ventilation pipe 21, 22, its durability can be significantly increased. In addition, if a member becomes burnt out due to long-term use, it is extremely easy to replace only that member.

Furthermore, a secondary combustion chamber 4 is provided through a partition wall 2, and both combustion chambers 3, 4 are separated by a steam vent hole 11 provided at the upper part of the partition wall and a smoke vent hole 10 provided at the lower part of the partition wall.
This has the advantage that general garbage can be incinerated in the primary combustion chamber 3, while dissected animal carcasses can be incinerated separately in the secondary combustion chamber, and a large amount of miscellaneous garbage can be temporarily generated. In such a case, it is also possible to use both combustion chambers 3 and 4 at the same time to incinerate at once. Furthermore, when there is nothing to be incinerated in the secondary combustion chamber 4, it can be used as a normal secondary combustion chamber for complete combustion.
