When a product with such an eccentric center of gravity is packaged, the longer it takes after packaging, the more the cushioning material that receives the center of gravity of the product will be crushed or deformed. Therefore, the product is placed in an inclined position, and as a result, a product with an eccentric center of gravity has the disadvantage that it tends to fall toward the center of gravity, but when the inclination due to the deformation of the cushioning material is taken into account, this tendency becomes even more pronounced, making it unstable. It was packed in a perfect condition. This condition appears particularly when the number of stacks is increased by oriented the products in the same direction, causing the products to not be stacked in the same direction, and the products must be stacked with care, with the eccentric center of gravity facing alternately.

The above drawbacks were addressed by adding and reinforcing parts.

た。 However, the configuration in which the receiving area is widened has the disadvantage that a large amount of cushioning material is used. Additionally, when using a molding machine to manufacture shock absorbers, the effective area of the mold is determined by the machine, so the number of molds that can be molded at once decreases, making it impossible to mold multiple pieces or reducing the number of molds. This method has drawbacks, in other words, it leads to an increase in product cost. Furthermore, when additional parts are added, the product cost similarly increases and work is required to assemble and fix the separate parts to the shock absorber by some method.

FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view showing a combination of a shock absorber and a television receiver according to the present invention. FIG. 2 is an enlarged perspective view of a part of the shock absorber shown in FIG. 1 (the right side part in the figure). The shock absorber 5 of the present invention is made of polystyrene foam and has a substantially prismatic outer shape. Further, a recessed portion is formed in a portion of the prism, into which a portion of the television receiver centered around the lower edge 2 of the side surface is mounted. Therefore, the bottom, side, front, and bottom of the television receiver are placed in this recess.
The product is placed in contact with a part of the back surface.

This product bottom receiving portion 6 is provided with a sloped surface that decreases from the mounting side of the cathode ray tube 3 disposed in the front of the television receiver 1 toward the back. This inclined surface is formed by changing the thickness of the bottom receiving part of the product. That is, when the height of the front part of the shock absorber on which the cathode ray tube is attached is a, and the height of the rear part is b, a slope is provided such that a>b. Furthermore, a protrusion 7 which can be crushed relatively easily is provided integrally with the bottom receiving part 6 at a position on the back side of the product bottom receiving part 6 and in contact with the bottom surface of the television receiver 1. If the height of this protrusion 7 is c, the height relationship between a, b, and c is approximately c
The relationship is +b=a.

It is possible to place it on the shock absorber 5 in this state. However, the height c of the protrusion 7 is relatively easy to crush and is provided over a small area, so as shown in Figure 4, it is almost deformed by the impact and vibration load caused by movement during and after packaging. .

Since the front part is thick, the height of the front view and the rear part after deformation is as follows: Let the height of the front part after deformation be a', and the height of the back part after deformation be b'.
Since a'=b', the shock absorber 5 can be used in a stable state after deformation.

As a result, since the amount of deformation of the cushioning material on the center of gravity side is large, the inclined surface becomes a horizontal surface, and it was possible to obtain a shock absorbing device that can hold a product with a shifted center of gravity perpendicular to the floor surface.

I was able to do that.
