Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a cushioning material for packaging which is stored inside a packaging box to reduce the transmission of an impact to contents, and more particularly to a cushioning material for contents. The present invention relates to a cushioning material for packaging capable of restricting the displacement of the position of contents during storage. 2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, various studies have been made on packaging cushioning materials which do not use plastic foam or the like from the viewpoint of facilitating disposal treatment and, consequently, environmental protection. As an example, Kaihei Hei 6
A packaging pad of -10174 is disclosed. FIG. 6 shows the packaging pad 31. The packaging pad 31 has two upright support portions 32, 32 facing both sides of a bottom plate portion 33. The two upright support portions 32, 32 are formed in a rectangular tubular cross section of the bottom plate portion, and the upright support portions 32, 32 are formed with lateral hole openings 34, 34. Side hole opening 34,3
The article 4 is designed to hold the article to be stuffed therein. After the article to be stuffed is fitted into the lateral hole openings 34, 34, it is packed in another paper box. Packaging pad 31
The upright support portions 32, 32 are erected on both sides of the bottom plate portion 33, and the articles to be inserted are inserted and fixed in the side hole openings 34, 34, and further packed in a paper box or the like for packing. [0004] Since such a packaging pad does not use styrofoam or the like, it has an advantage in that it is useful for disposal treatment and, hence, environmental protection, and that it is easy to pack contents. [0005] However, this packing pad has a side hole opening 3.
Although the articles to be wrapped are inserted in the articles 4 and 34, only the paperboard portions outside the upright support portions 32 and 32 are located on the sides of the articles to be wrapped, so that the paper box can be made of cardboard or the like. However, if the paper box falls from the side or collides with the side during transportation or storage for some reason, there is a problem in that the article to be received is likely to receive the impact from the side directly. The present invention is based on the premise that the contents can be packed without using plastics, and that the packing is easy and the cost is low, so that such disposal is easy and the environment is protected. It is another object of the present invention to disclose a packaging cushioning material that does not transmit the impact force applied from the side to the package contents and that can restrict the displacement of the contents when the contents are stored. [0007] In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, a first cushioning material for packaging according to the present invention has a fitting for fitting contents.
Side walls are provided on both the left and right sides of the flat part with the mating opening.
Formed on either side of the first side wall,
A bottom plate is provided continuously, and this bottom plate is
(2) Bend to the side wall and face this bottom plate to the flat plate
It is a paper cushioning material that is assembled into a tubular shape
Therefore, the left side of the fitting opening formed in the flat plate
On the right edge, a small length that can be bent toward the bottom plate side during assembly
A wall is formed, and the small vertical wall is provided with the bottom plate during assembly.
Bent parallel to the inside of the fitting opening
Abutting plate and the front while parallel to the bottom plate during assembly
The first side is bent toward the outside of the fitting opening.
A projection is formed to abut against an inner wall of the wall portion, and a first portion is provided at an end of the bottom plate portion on the side of the second side wall extending from the end on the side of the second side wall toward the side of the first side wall. A bellows provided with at least a buffer plate portion and a second buffer plate portion extending from the first buffer plate portion to the first side wall portion again, the bellows supporting the contact plate portion and the projection of the small vertical wall portion during assembly The parts are connected continuously. According to the cushioning material for packaging according to the present invention, the cushioning material for packaging
Assemble the cushioning material into a cylindrical shape and fit the contents into the fitting opening
Then, the small vertical wall of the fitting opening is pushed by the contents and the bottom plate
The contact plate is supported by the bottom plate.
And the left and right protrusions are formed in the first and second side walls.
The movement of the contents from front to back and left and right is restricted by hitting the wall
You. In addition, since the bellows portion is folded at least with the first buffer plate portion and the second buffer plate portion substantially in the shape of a side surface of the coil spring and imparted with elasticity, when the contents are fitted into the fitting openings. As described in claim 1, since the periphery of the contents is prevented from being displaced in the front-rear and left-right directions, and the contents are supported by the bellows portion, the shocks from the up and down directions are sufficiently mitigated. And the buffer function is significantly improved. An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a developed view of a cushioning material for packaging according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is an assembly diagram of a cushioning material for packaging according to an embodiment of the present invention. In FIG. 1 to FIG. 5, reference numeral 1 indicates a paper cushioning material of this embodiment. This packaging cushioning material 1 is stored in a packaging outer box after set-up, for example, in a state in which contents such as a cassette tape recorder are fitted, and instead of conventional styrofoam or urethane foam, the contents are replaced with the contents. This is to prevent transmission of impact load. In the cushioning material for packaging 1, a first side wall 3 and a second side wall 4 are continuously provided on both left and right sides of a flat plate portion 2.
A fitting opening A is formed at a position slightly offset from the center of the flat plate portion 2 to an upper portion. This is for storing parts such as accessories under the fitting opening A. Small vertical wall portions 5 and 6 are formed on the left and right edges of the fitting opening A, and small vertical wall portions 7 and 8 are formed on upper and lower portions of the fitting opening A. The small vertical wall portion 5 is formed by cut lines 9, 11, and 13, and is bent inside the cylinder through the folding lines 5c and 5d. The small vertical wall part 6 is cut lines 9, 11, 1
3 and is bent inside the cylinder via the folding lines 6c and 6d. The small vertical wall 7 is cut lines 9 and 10
a, 10b, and are bent inside the cylinder by the folding lines 7c, 7d. The small vertical wall 8 is cut along the score lines 11,1.
It is formed by 2a, 12b, and is bent inside the cylinder by the folding lines 8b, 8c. The small vertical wall 5 supports the side surface of the cassette tape recorder, and has a contact plate 5a and a projection 5b at the lower end of the small vertical wall 5. The contact portion 5a is bent so as to contact the third buffer plate portion 20 of the bellows portion 17 described later. The distance obtained by adding the depth W2 of the small vertical wall portion 5 between the folding lines 5c and 5d and the folding thickness of the bellows portion 17 is the side wall portion 3.
Is set to be the height D2. Folded lines 3a, 5
The distance obtained by subtracting the thickness of the small vertical wall portion 5 from the interval W1 of c is set substantially equal to the protrusion amount D1 of the projection 5b, and the small vertical wall portion 5 is bent vertically and the projection portion 5b is 3
Of the protrusion 5b, the tip of the protrusion 5b
The small vertical wall portion 5 can be prevented from falling down by contacting the inner surface of the small vertical wall portion. Like the small vertical wall 5, the small vertical wall 6 also supports the side surface of the cassette tape recorder, and has a contact plate 6a and a projection 6b at the lower end. Contact part 6a
Abuts on the third buffer plate portion 20 of the bellows portion 17. Line 6
The total distance of the depth W2 of the small vertical wall portion 6 between c and 6d and the folded thickness of the bellows portion 17 is set to be the height D2 of the side wall portion 4. Also, the interval W between the folding lines 4a and 6c
The distance obtained by subtracting the thickness of the small vertical wall portion 6 from 1 and the protrusion amount D1 of the projection 6b are set substantially equal to each other.
Is bent vertically so that the protrusion 5b projects from the inner surface of the side wall 3 so that the tip of the protrusion 5b abuts against the inner surface of the side wall 3 to prevent the small vertical wall 5 from falling down. . The small vertical wall portion 7 is also similar to the small vertical wall portions 5 and 6,
It supports the side of the cassette tape recorder,
The lower end has a contact plate 7a and a protrusion 7b. The contact portion 7a is bent so as to contact the third buffer plate portion 20 of the bellows portion 17. The depth of the small vertical wall portion 6 between the folding lines 7c and 7d is set equal to the depth W2 of the small vertical wall portions 5 and 6. The total distance obtained by adding the depth W2 and the folding thickness of the bellows portion 17 is set to be the height D2 of the side wall portions 3 and 4. Further, the distance obtained by subtracting the thickness of the small vertical wall portion 6 from the interval from the upper end portion of the flat plate portion 2 to the folding line 7c and the protrusion amount D1 of the projection portion 7b are set to be substantially equal. When the projection 7b is bent vertically and projected to the inner surface of the outer box, the tip of the projection 7b abuts on the inner surface of the outer box to prevent the small vertical wall 7 from falling down. At the outer edge of the first side wall 3, an insertion piece 14 is formed via a fold line 15. The insertion piece 14 is inserted into a slit 21 opened in a bent portion 16a between the bottom plate portion 16 and the first buffer plate portion 18. A bottom plate 16 is connected to an end of the second side wall 4 opposite to the first side wall 3. This bottom plate 16
Is substantially the same shape and size as the flat plate portion 2 and is folded into a rectangular cross section when setting up the cushioning material for packaging 1. A bellows portion 17 is connected to the bottom plate portion 16. The bellows portion 17 is provided with elasticity by folding it into a bellows shape like a side shape of a coil spring or a triangular waveform, and a first buffer plate connected to the bottom plate portion 16 via a folding portion 16a. Portion 18, a second buffer plate portion 19 connected to the first buffer plate portion 18 via the folding portion 18a, and a third buffer plate connected to the second buffer plate portion 19 via the folding portion 19a. And a unit 20.
The first buffer plate portion 18 is bent from the first side wall portion 3 side to the second side wall portion 4 side, and the second buffer plate portion 19 is bent from the second side wall portion 4 side to the first side wall portion 3 side. The buffer plate portion 20 is folded again from the first side wall portion 3 to the second side wall portion 4 side. As a result, the elasticity is improved as compared with the case of folding in the same direction, and the transmission time of the impact force applied in the vertical direction can be delayed, so that the cushioning effect is significantly improved. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the bellows portion 17 is folded in a bellows shape and positioned inside the cylinder, and the insertion piece 14 is inserted into the slit 21, thereby making it possible to set up very easily. . Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the cassette tape recorder G is fitted into the fitting opening A after the setup, so that the protrusions 5b,
6b abuts against the inner surfaces of the side walls 3 and 4. When the packaging cushioning material 1 with the cassette tape recorder G fitted therein is stored in the outer box B, the first and second side walls 3 and 4 are supported by the outer box B, and the projections 7b abut against the outer box. The cassette tape recorder G can no longer be displaced back and forth and left and right, and a large shock absorbing space can be formed against an impact from the side of the outer box B. Moreover, since the bellows portion 17 supports the cassette tape recorder G and has elasticity, the transmission time of the impact from the vertical direction is greatly reduced, so that the buffer function is improved. FIG. 4 shows a first modified example of the bellows portion 17 of the present embodiment. The bellows portion has a third buffer plate portion 24 having an opening substantially the same size as the fitting opening A or slightly smaller. The buffer plates 25a and 25b are formed on the periphery of the opening. The shock absorbing plates 25a and 25b are for further increasing the transmission time of the impact force. By forming the shock absorbing plates 25a and 25b, the shock absorbing effect is further improved. FIG. 5 shows a second example of the bellows portion 17 of this embodiment.
This shows a modification, in which the bellows portion is a third buffer plate 26.
Are formed with a plurality of rectangular openings 26a. Due to the plurality of rectangular openings 26a, the transmission time of the impact force becomes longer, and the buffer effect is improved. In the above embodiment, the bellows portion 17 has a three-piece structure. However, in the present invention, if at least the first buffer plate portion 18 and the second buffer plate portion 19 are provided, the transmission time of the impact force can be reduced. Can be lengthened. Of course, it is also possible to increase this to two or more. In addition, the first to third buffer plates 18, 19,
Since the desired operation can be obtained if the size of the fitting 20 is equivalent to the size of the fitting opening A, the capacity of the accessory storing part 23 is increased by omitting the part of the accessory storing part 23, and further, the size of the paper is reduced. The amount may be reduced. In the above embodiment, the bellows portion 17 is used.
Is connected to the bottom plate portion 16. However, even if the bellows portion 17 formed as a separate member is fixed to the bottom plate portion 16 by bonding, stapling, or the like, it is included in the configuration disclosed in the present invention, and the same effect is obtained. It is effective. According to the cushioning material for packaging according to the present invention ,
Since it is made of paper, it is easy to dispose of it, which is beneficial for environmental protection. The contents can be packed without using plastic, and the packing is easy and the cost is low. Moreover, the set-up is easy, and the displacement in the front-rear and left-right directions can be restricted simultaneously with the storage of the contents, so that the impact force applied from the side surface can be prevented from being transmitted to the contents of the package. Sand
That is, when the packaging cushioning material is assembled into a cylindrical shape and the contents are fitted into the fitting openings, the small vertical walls of the fitting openings are pushed up by the contents and rise up so as to abut against the bottom plate. The contact plate portion is supported by the bottom plate portion, and the left and right protrusions abut against the inner walls of the first and second side wall portions, thereby restricting the movement of the contents in the front, rear, left, and right directions. In addition, since the bellows portion is folded at least with the first buffer plate portion and the second buffer plate portion substantially in the shape of a side surface of a coil spring and imparted with elasticity, when the contents are fitted into the fitting openings. As described in claim 1, since the periphery of the contents is prevented from being displaced in the front-rear and left-right directions, and the contents are supported by the bellows portion, the shocks from the up and down directions are sufficiently mitigated. And the buffer function is significantly improved.
