    パルス発生手段と、 前記パルス発生手段から供給されるパルスの位
    相を反転する位相反転手段と、 前記パルス発生手段から供給されパルスを遅延
    せしめ前記位相反転手段から供給されるパルスと
    同位相に調整するパルス遅延手段と、 前記パルス遅延手段から供給されるパルスをデ
    ータとし前記位相反転手段から供給されるパルス
    をサンプリングパルスとして作動する被試験回路
    からの出力パルスをラツチするラツチ手段と、 前記位相反転手段と前記パルス遅延手段とから
    の出力パルスの供給をうけ前記２つの出力パルス
    の遅延時間差を測定する遅延時間差測定手段とを
    含むことを特徴とするセツトアツプタイム測定回
    路。
