らケース内に滴下させるようにしている。ところ
が、上記従来の構成では、注湯器の中央部に注が
れた湯が周囲部に均等に分散されて流下するとは
限らず一個所或いは複数個所に集中して流下する
ことが往々にしてあり従つてケース内の珈琲粉に
均等に湯を供給することができず、ケース内の珈
琲粉に湯が不均等に浸透することとなり、この結
果、抽出された珈琲液は薄くまずいものになつて
しまう不具合があつた。

ツタであり、このカツタ22のボス部23は前記
挿通筒17aを介して回転軸14に嵌合連結され
ている。さて、24は略有底円筒状をなす注湯器
で、その底壁は中央部が円弧状に上方に膨出する
ように形成されており、前記ケース15の上面開
口部に着脱可能に装着されている。25は注湯器
24の中央部上面に突設された把持兼用の円筒状
の案内壁部で、この案内壁部25には略等間隔に
設けられた複数個の通湯口例えば8個のスリツト
状の切欠部26が設けられている。そして前記給
