Claims (1)
続して酸素ポンプを構成した酸素イオン透過性固
体電解質よりなる第1の素子と、ガス拡散孔又は
ガス拡散層を設け内外両面に電極を形成し該電極
を電圧源に接続して限界電流式酸素センサを構成
した酸素イオン透過性固体電解質よりなる第2の
素子とを備えてなり、前記第1の素子の外面と前
記第2の素子の内面との間に空間を設け且つ該第
2の素子の外面に形成した電極が排気ガスに対し
て浄化触媒作用を有しない材料よりなることを特
