板バネの挿着が非常に面倒である。第2に、足で
鉄根太を踏み込むという取付け方法を採つている
が、この方法では作業者がバランスを失うことが
あるために高所での作業が多い関係上非常に危険
である。第3に、一度取付けを行なうと、鉄根太
の取外しを行なうことが困難であり、取付け場所
を間違えた場合その変更が行ない難い。

うにした取付構造を案出した。これによれば、板
バネという別部品が不要であるし、また鉄根太を
梁に取付けるのも板片と鉄根太下面との間に梁の
フランジ部を嵌め込めば良いため、作業者は梁の
上で腰を折つての低い姿勢で取付作業ができ、高
所においても安全を確保することができるし、更
に鉄根太の取外しも取付けの際と逆の手順による
ことによつて比較的簡単に行なうことができる。
しかし乍ら、他面において、この取付構造は、鉄
根太下面より板片を突出させているために、鉄根
太をトラツク等によつて大量に輸送しようとする
場合輸送途中で車体の振動に伴なう鉄根太同士の
衝突によつて板片が変形し或いは破損するといつ
たことが考えられ、大量輸送には不向きであると
いう欠点をもつ。

るため、取付け後における振動等によつて梁と鉄
根太とが当接することがなく、従つて金属音の発
生を効果的に防止できる。

ジ部を挾持することができるものであり、しかも
鉄根太は角パイプで形成されたものであるため、
鉄根太を手荒に取扱つても変形させたり、切欠き
をつぶしたりすることがなく、従つて大量輸送に
も適するという効果をもつ。
