Claims (1)
- 電子ビームを捕捉する中空円筒状の電極部を熱
伝導のよい電気絶縁材を挾んで中空円筒状の金属
外囲器に固定してなる大電力ビーム管のコレクタ
において、前記金属外囲器の側面部を可塑性がよ
く肉厚の薄い金属板で構成し、前記電極部と前記
金属外囲器との間の空間を気密（高真空）構造と
し、前記金属外囲器を、その外部側面部から気圧
又は液圧を加えることにより、波形構造として前
記電極部と前記電気絶縁材及び該電気絶縁材と前
記金属外囲器を密着させた構造としたことを特徴
とする大電力ビーム管のコレクタ。
