表す断面図である。 又、図中の符号で、１２はリード棒、１５は絶
縁筒、１７は金属端板、１８はベローズ、２２は
防錆塗装膜、２３は内側端面、２７は防錆層であ
る。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 真空容器の一部を構成する金属端板の真空室側
    に略筒状の金属ベローズの一端側を気密接合して
    設け、該ベローズを真空室内に位置させると共に
    該ベローズの他端側を内端部に電極を具備するリ
    ード棒に気密接合して構成した真空インタラプタ
    において、前記金属ベローズの一端側と金属端板
    とのろう付け接合部で且つ接合部より内周側に位
    置する金属端板の大気接触部分にろう材による被
    膜を設けたことを特徴とする真空インタラプタ。
